Privacy Policy
last updated: 7/12/2026
MVTech (“we,” “us”) provides custom business information systems to owner-operated businesses. This policy explains what information we handle, why we handle it, and the control you keep over it.
The Short Version
- We access only what you explicitly grant, and only to deliver the service you hired us for.
- We never sell your data, never share it with third parties for marketing, and never use it for advertising.
- We track and organize your records — we never hold or move your money.
- You can revoke our access at any time, and everything we produced for you is yours to keep.
Information This Website Collects
This website is a static informational site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and contains no tracking of any kind. If you contact us by phone or text, we receive whatever you choose to send.
Information Clients Provide
When you become a client, you may provide business records such as receipts, invoices, vendor documents, permits, contracts, and contact directories. We use these solely to provide the services described in your service agreement: organizing documents, logging income and expenses, and producing reports and deliverables for you.
Google User Data
Some clients choose to connect a Google account (such as Gmail) to MVTech’s processing systems so that business email — receipts, payment notifications, vendor bills — can be read and organized as it arrives. For those connections:
- What we access: email messages and labels in the connected account, under the exact scopes shown on the Google consent screen you approve.
- How we use it: exclusively to identify, log, label, and file business records (income, expenses, bills, documents) for your engagement, and to produce your reports and deliverables. We do not send email from your account.
- Who sees it: access is limited to MVTech. Data from your account is never sold, never used for advertising, and never transferred to third parties except as required to provide the service you requested or as required by law.
- Storage & retention: extracted business records (for example, an expense line from a receipt email) are stored on infrastructure MVTech controls for the duration of your engagement. When your engagement ends, or on request at any time, your data is deleted and your deliverables are handed over to you.
- Revocation: you can revoke MVTech’s access at any moment at myaccount.google.com/permissions, independent of anything we do.
MVTech’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Financial Information
MVTech operates on a strict track-never-transact basis. We record and categorize financial activity from the records you share; we have no ability to initiate payments, transfers, or any transaction on your behalf, and we never request or store your banking credentials.
Security
Client records are kept on access-controlled systems, separated per client, with credentials managed centrally and access limited to what each engagement requires.
Your Rights
At any time you may ask us to show you what we hold for you, correct it, hand it over, or delete it. Offboarding is simple by design: revoke access, receive your files, done.
Changes
If this policy changes, the current version will always be at this address with an updated date at the top.
